Our company performs surface mount component assembly using cream solder for reflow assembly and hand assembly with soldering irons. In the case of reflow assembly, high-precision and high-speed assembly is possible with a chip mounter. Additionally, for soldering iron assembly, we have a track record of assembling components as small as 0.3mm x 0.6mm.
